Terms of Service

Clear rules for using CPlanner responsibly with your own content, accounts, audiences, and connected platforms.

Last updated: 2026-07-14

1. The service

CPlanner provides tools to create, organize, schedule, publish, measure, and improve marketing content. AI output is probabilistic and must be reviewed by you before use. Features may change as connected platforms change their APIs or policies.

2. Acceptable use

  • Use only accounts and content you own or are authorized to operate.
  • Do not use CPlanner for spam, deceptive practices, impersonation, harassment, fraud, unlawful surveillance, or infringement.
  • Do not bypass provider reviews, rate limits, access controls, or API restrictions.
  • Do not upload malware, credentials, or sensitive data that the workflow does not require.

3. User content and ownership

You retain ownership of content you provide and are responsible for securing all necessary rights, releases, licenses, and disclosures. You grant CPlanner the limited license needed to host, transform, analyze, and transmit that content to the destinations you select.

4. Connected platforms and API use

You authorize CPlanner to act within the permissions you approve. You remain responsible for each platform's terms, community rules, advertising rules, music rights, privacy rules, and disclosure requirements. We do not guarantee a platform will approve an app, accept a post, or keep an API available.

5. Publishing and AI disclosures

CPlanner does not automatically publish AI output. A publish action requires a selected account, a reviewable preview, an ownership confirmation, and any applicable AI, sponsored, affiliate, or commercial disclosure. You are responsible for the final content and destination settings.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits and subscriptions are subject to the offer shown at checkout. Refunds are provided where required by law or under the applicable plan terms; contact support promptly if a charge is incorrect.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, providers, infrastructure, or the law, including for abuse, unpaid charges, security risks, or policy violations. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPlanner is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, provider outages, rejected content, AI inaccuracies, or changes to third-party APIs. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law stated in your order form or, if none is stated, the law of the jurisdiction where CPlanner is established. Questions can be sent to support@cplanner.com.
